011 FET
The 011 FET is a small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone with a transformerless circuit and a 19mm gold-sputtered capsule. It suits studio and stage use on a wide range of instruments where a compact, lightweight mic is wanted.

The 011 FET is a compact condenser microphone with a hand-machined body and a capsule made in-house. The capsule has a 19mm gold-sputtered membrane and a cardioid pattern, tuned for a controlled low end, smooth mid-range and defined top end.
Its transformerless FET circuit gives a quick, articulate response with a low noise floor (16 dB A-weighted equivalent noise). Maximum SPL is 130 dB, and an included -10 dB in-line attenuator lets it handle loud sources such as close-miked snare as well as quiet acoustic instruments. At 76 g and 91 mm long, it is easy to position in tight setups.
The microphone is sold as a single unit (011 FET) or as a stereo pair (011 FET-M). Each microphone comes with an attenuator and a mic clip; the pair includes two of each.
