The CINEMA 70s is a compact 7.2-channel AV receiver delivering 50 W per channel. Its housing is slimmer than that of a conventional AV receiver, so it suits installations with limited shelf space. It keeps the Marantz porthole display and symmetrical front-panel styling, and uses a new graphical HD on-screen interface.
On the video side it has six HDMI inputs, three of them 8K-capable, and one HDMI output with eARC. Immersive audio is covered by Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, and Dolby Vision is listed among the supported technologies. Room correction is handled by Audyssey MultEQ.
HEOS built-in provides network music streaming and multi-room control through the HEOS app, with a search function across services such as TIDAL, Amazon Music and others. Other listed connectivity and platform support includes Bluetooth, AirPlay, Spotify, Deezer, Qobuz, Tune-In, Roon Ready, Control4 and Siri. It is offered in black and silver-gold finishes.
