U-22
The U-22 is a compact 2-in/2-out USB audio interface for recording and live use with a computer or iPhone/iPad. It has one XLR/TRS combo input with mic preamp, Hi-Z and phantom power, and records at up to 24-bit/96 kHz.

The U-22 is a pocket-sized USB 2.0 audio interface with two channels in and two out. A single XLR/TRS combo input takes a microphone or line source, offers +48V phantom power, and has a Hi-Z mode for guitar or bass, with a gain knob covering 0 to 43 dB. A stereo mini-jack line input accepts a phone, mixer or other portable source. Only one input records at a time, and using the line input disables the combo jack.
The mic preamp is the same type used in Zoom's H6 handheld recorders, with a measured EIN of -120 dB or less. Recording and playback run at up to 24-bit/96 kHz. A direct monitoring switch lets you hear the input without computer latency, and outputs are a pair of RCA jacks plus a separate headphone output.
Power comes from USB bus power, an optional AC adapter, or two AA batteries (about 5 hours with phantom power off). It works with Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS; iPhone and iPad need a camera connection adapter plus battery or AC power. Ableton Live Lite is included, and Steinberg Cubasis LE is available free for iPad.
