This unit combines a two-bus audio mixer with video capture. One bus carries the mix for the audience and the other a separate personal headphone mix, so levels can be set independently for each. A 32-bit hardware DSP handles the processing, which leaves the connected computers free for gaming and streaming.
The XLR microphone input has phantom power for dynamic or condenser mics, and a headset mic can be used through the headphone jack. Voice tools include a voice changer derived from Roland's VT series, EQ, compressor, noise suppressor, de-esser, low cut and reverb. Five custom Game EQ presets, virtual 5.1/7.1 surround and a stream delay for audio/video sync are also included. Six assignable pads can trigger sound effects, OBS commands and Game EQ presets.
Connections include two HDMI inputs (only one active at a time) with an HDMI thru output, plus two USB-C ports for computers or mobile devices and an aux input for a phone. Settings and hardware profiles are managed in the BRIDGE CAST app for Windows and macOS, which also provides access to the BGM CAST royalty-free music and effects library.
