FINEO FO S218
Passive dual 18-inch subwoofer from the FINEO series, intended for fixed installations such as sports halls, clubs and concert venues. It is designed to extend the low end of FO 12 and FO 15 systems in stereo, 2.1 or surround setups.

The FO S218 is a passive, bass-reflex subwoofer built around two 18" Beyma cone drivers with ferrite magnets and 3" voice coils. It is rated at 2000 W RMS, 4000 W program and 8000 W peak into 4 ohms, with a maximum peak SPL of 133 dB and a low-frequency response reaching 37 Hz (-6 dB) and 33 Hz (-10 dB) up to the crossover point. Dispersion is omnidirectional.
The MDF cabinet has an acrylic enamel finish in jet black or signal white, with special colours available from the catalogue. A full-surface steel grille with acoustic foam backing and birch plywood and steel reinforcements protects the front, and the enclosure is certified for ball impact resistance under DIN 18032-3. It can stand upright or on its side, and milled cable ducts on the bottom, left and right allow wiring close to a wall.
There is no built-in crossover, so it needs an external amplifier with DSP. Connection is by NL4 Speakon, with one input and one parallel output. Presets are offered for Lab.gruppen IPX and LEA Sharkware, and filter sheets for several other processing platforms. Installation is for dry indoor areas only.
