The Comfo Q is a pair of open-ear true wireless earbuds that sit on the ear with a flexible clip-on structure instead of sealing the ear canal. Directional acoustic technology aims sound toward the ear while limiting leakage. Each earbud has a 12mm dynamic driver with a titanium composite diaphragm, and the tuning can be changed with preset and custom EQ.
Calls use an AI noise-reduction algorithm to separate the voice from background noise. The earbuds are rated IP56 against dust and water, while the charging case has no such protection. Wearing detection pauses and resumes music automatically, and the outer surface of each earbud responds to taps for control. Battery life is stated as up to 32 hours, and 15 minutes of fast charging gives about 2 hours of playback.
The earbuds connect over Bluetooth 5.4 with A2DP, AVRCP and HFP profiles and AAC and SBC codecs. Multipoint pairing keeps two devices connected at once. The EDIFIER ConneX app adds sound profiles, EQ, control customisation, a drainage function, renaming and a find-my-earbuds feature. Charging is by USB-C.
