Apraksts
The FZ-1W is a compact analog fuzz pedal, designed as a modern interpretation of 1960s fuzz circuits rather than a copy of one specific unit. It uses silicon transistors to keep tone and response steady across temperature and operating conditions, and has a buffered bypass that keeps the signal clear when the effect is off.
A Mode switch selects between Vintage and Modern voicings. Vintage is raspy and responds strongly to input level and guitar volume, so it can move from heavy fuzz to clean. Modern has a wider gain range, a stronger midrange and fatter low end. The Tone knob is tuned separately for each mode, and Fuzz and Level knobs set gain and output, which also allows use as a boost.
The pedal takes a 9 V battery or an optional PSA-series AC adaptor via the DC IN jack. It has standard 1/4-inch mono input and output jacks and a check LED that doubles as a battery indicator.
